Kookaburra has balls

There’s a surrealist slant to this 1973 Kookaburra ad. A cryptic collage from back when cut and paste meant glue and scalpel. Is it a wee man or a giant footy? Has anyone sent for help? Random limbs aside, the pitch here is pretty basic. ‘Just tell ‘em about the balls’. Lunch was extra long and liquidy the day they banged this one out.
